   nice little brush

   I’ve played acoustic guitar for a very long time and never thought of brushing off the strings. But I figured, why not? I’m more concerned with sweat or oil from my fingers than with dust, so I use a string cleaner before I put a guitar away. I’ve started running the brush over the strings, but I’m not sure if it makes a difference. I’m guessing it works better on violins or other instruments that use rosined bows.

   Besides the strings, it’s a handy little brush for dusting of the guitar headstock or for using on my computer keyboards. the bristles seem just like the right firmness – stiff enough to get into crevices and push the dust and debris around but not too firm so that it pushes stuff around you don’t want pushed around. Besides that, it looks good with its attractive wooden handle. So even though I’m not sure about its effectiveness on guitar strings, I still give it five stars.

   Great Job of Removing Dust

   I picked this up for dusting my guitar. It’s a big paintbrush with soft bristles. It does a great job of cleaning between my strings and pickups. I run it there and across my fretboard and this should take care of any dust or oil buildup. I like it and would buy again.

   Finally get those hard to reach places

   I use this to get at the dust and junk that accumulates around my bridges and guitar pickups. They can be tricky spots to get at, and this lets me easily get in there to clean it up. It’s just the right firmness to remove what I don’t want without scratching up the finishes on my instruments.
